How do you heard about Échappée Belle ?
Found EB on a site with ultratrails 5 years ago. Shortly after i saw a video from the race and at that moment I knew that I had to participate in the race someday. When I did – i wasn’t dissapointet.
Why you would like to run Echappée Belle ?
Because it offers some of the most spectacular landscapes I have ever explored. The mountains are wild and beautiful at the same time.
What are you looking for with ultra trail running in general ?
Always the adventure and some altitude. I like the races to be difficult and also have the feeling that it really is a challenge of a lifetime. In general ultra trail running gives so much back that can be used in many aspects of life. It is the one place where you can feel like the smallest and insignificant person in the world and at the same time feel extremely powerful.
